I received error message #305: "The Permission Server can not identify you." and I am on a Windows Vista computer.
Open Internet Explorer, go to http://my.allenresources.com/insider/ , click on the 'Tools' menu, and then the 'Internet Options' choice.
Once the 'Internet Options' window is open, click on the 'Security' tab, then the green check mark labeled 'Trusted sites', and finally the 'Sites' button just below it.
In the 'Trusted sites' window, make sure that there is no check mark in the box to the left of 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone' and then if it says 'http://my.allenresources.com' in the 'Add this website to the zone:' box, click on 'Add'.
You can now close the 'Trusted sites' window and click on 'OK' in the 'Internet Options' window. Now just to make sure, close and reopen Internet Explorer, and then go to http://my.allenresources.com/insider/.
Make sure you log in and install the Authorization Plug-in if you haven't done so already. You should now be able to open the PDFs.
