Technical Support

I received error message #305: "The Permission Server can not identify you."

First, check to make sure that you have cookies enabled for the Allen Resources' Insider site, my.allenresources.com. You can change and grant this permission under your browser's security settings. Click on - tools - internet options - privacy - sites - type in my.allenresources.com.

Second, the server seems to have difficulty finding cookies on some browsers other than Internet Explorer. If you normally use a browser other than Internet Explorer, please visit and log into http://my.allenresources.com at least once using Microsoft's browser.

Also, if you are using a Windows Vista computer, you may need to follow these instructions.
