I try generating a question set, but the applet doesn't launch.
Before proceeding, please make sure that your system complies with the following requirements:
Operating System: Windows® 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Mac OS X 10.4+
Browser: Internet Explorer 5.5 (or greater) or Safari
To download the latest Internet Explorer, please go to: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.asp
To download the latest Safari, please go to: http://www.apple.com/safari/
Java plug-in: Java Runtime Environment Version 5.0+
To install (or upgrade to) the latest version, please go to: http://java.sun.com/getjava.
Some of our TestBank users experience problems related to firewall and/or proxy settings on their corporate networks. Most of these problems can be resolved by informing your IT department that you are trying to access TestBank. Not sure if you have Java plug-in version 5.0 (or higher) installed on your machine?
Launch the Java Plug-in Control Panel by double-clicking the steaming coffee cup icon in the Microsoft Windows Control Panel (or go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Java Control Panel). Go to the "General" sub-panel and click on the "About..." button. Your version of Java should be at least 1.5.X.
If you can't see the Java Plug-in Control Panel or the version is less than 1.5.X, please go to http://java.sun.com/getjava and follow download instructions.
When done, go to http://www.allenresources.com/testbank, log into your account, and try generating a question set.
