I am trying to install TestBank on a computer with Windows Vista.

  • Before installing TestBank on a Vista computer you have to change the Compatibility setting.
  • After you have downloaded the setup.exe file to your computer, right click on it and select Properties.
  • Then click on the Compatibility tab. Under Compatibility mode, you want to check 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' and select 'Windows 2000' in the drop down box.
  • Finally, click on OK, and run the setup.exe as normal.
