I received error message #4251: "Your firewall or proxy server is preventing activation."
- TestBank Offline requires an Internet connection for activation. Please make sure that you are connected to the Internet.
- If you cannot be connected to the Internet from this location, you can visit our manual activation page to retrieve an activation code. With the activation code, you can activate TestBank on a computer that is not connected to the Internet.
