I received error message #44 or #4044: "Product Code Mis-match"

• Please make sure you correctly entered the 16 digit product code. If you received your product code via e-mail you may want to try to copy and paste the product code (Ctrl-C to copy, Ctrl-V to paste). PLEASE NOTE: The first seven characters are capital letters and the rest are numbers. The code is case sensitive.
